Redhawk Welcomes Victor Minella as Strategic Advisor
Victor Minella, CEO of Minella Global Strategies and a former senior Department of the Navy official who served as acting Under Secretary of the Navy, has joined Redhawk as a Strategic Advisor. He will help Redhawk support the Navy and other defense and intelligence customers on mission-focused modernization, with a particular focus on the Central Data eXchange (CDX), the API-led platform that connects siloed systems, automates data sharing, and improves visibility into critical operations.
Redhawk Federal Solutions, LLC Secures Regions Bank Financing to Support Geneva Software Acquisition and Accelerate Growth
Redhawk has established a new banking relationship with Regions Bank to fund its acquisition of Geneva Software Inc. and support continued growth. The arrangement includes a new line of credit, enhanced treasury management tools, and a delayed draw term loan facility for future acquisitions. Geneva Software provides application development, lifecycle management, and IT support to federal clients, including the Department of State. The financing complements Redhawk's existing capital partnerships, including Genesis Park.
